The manufacturer part number is 05064921AG. It worked fine when I took it out. It does have an aux input that I would use to play music off of my phone. It was just taken out of a 2008 Jeep Wrangler.

The phone option also worked. This is a Chrysler / Dodge Jeep Journey Radio Stereo with 6 disc CD player MP3, WMA and DVD Video/Audio options. There was nothing wrong with it, but my husband wanted a stereo Bluetooth option so he could play music off his phone when in car, so, HE gave ME new and installation for Christmas. No cords, remotes or instruction books included.

I did use the 6 disc changer quite a bit.
