All 5 bands slide easily with no outside noise or distortion, and has strong sound throughout. I had the clock hooked up for a couple of hours, and it kept perfect time. The capstans and head were cleaned, speed of tape was correctly adjusted. The tape door is also in super condition with no scratches or wear. The radio was not abused at all, but very dusty from sitting before being disassembled, repaired and worked on-under all that dust fine-looking unit. All digital display numerals also work 100 as shown being bench-tested in the last photos it is not perfect like a new one would be, but works flawlessly and very clean cosmetically. The push buttons also work very well and push in easily, for storing recalling set stations.
It picks up many stations on both the FM am frequencies. If you are unhappy for any reason, I will happily accept a return. The fast forward and reverse switches also works very well, with a quick quiet motion. This allows you to fine tune the sound your satisfaction.

This is a very nice factory original digital err am FM stereo radio with 5-band equalizer, auto-reverse cassette tape player search function, stereo, and clock that was taken out of 1986 devilled. This radio is in 100 working condition and despite having a few marks on the face-plate, it also very clean outside.
The auto reverse feature also works correctly, with pushing in top knob automatically plays other side of tape will switch sides when it is finished playing on one.
