Only thing missing is the fast forward button trim sticker. See all pictures, no harness included. This was removed from a Buick with only 14,000 miles on it. Tested before removing including all display, audio, tuner and cassette functions sorry I forgot to take pictures of it powered on removal is late now.

Was stored in a garage by my grandpa for entire life. Gm Delco Buick Century cassette radio delta 88 Cutlass and is of the later 21 pin design. Factory oem deck.
