On the side bezel there is scratches, upon installing unit you do not see them as they are hidden by wood trim in car. I have no idea how they got there. Since I did not have a CD changer in the trunk, pressing button just says no CDC.

Pulled from a 02 town car executive without steering wheel controls and no CD changer in back. Radio works perfectly, all functions on it work as they should.
