The model number stamp on the side of radio as shown in photos indicates this is a 1978 D8AF-19A168-AA 8 Track and was confirmed by Motorola Radio Service Manual. Radio station indicator painted with two coats high performance fluorescent orange paint. Radio tuning dial clutch pad cleaned and functional. Unfortunately, someone cut the power and speaker plugs off this unit.

AM/FM switch cleaned. Station preset push button mechanism was removed/disassembled and cleaned oiled. The 1978 Motorola Radio Service Manual indicates this was used in Ford passenger vehicles. This model was installed in 1978 Ford vehicles that used the classic black bezel design.
