Could be convertible specific unit, I m not sure. Ford used different connectors at various times. Radio and cd changer works, but the volume control knob is erratic. Out of a 2004 Mustang convertible with 55,000 miles.

Am FM radio with 6 cd changer and sat compatibility requires Ford unit, not included. Can be adjusted.
